Weight at Week N= Starting Weight − (Weekly Loss Rate × N)
This tool projects a straight-line trajectory, but real-world fat loss rarely follows a perfect curve. You should expect fluctuations from water retention, hormonal shifts, changes in sodium intake, and the occasional plateau. These are completely normal and don't mean progress has stopped.
