When you use Raw Potential Collective or The Forge, we may collect:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Profile details you choose to provide (height, weight, fitness goals)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)
• Device and browser information

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise the service
• To connect you with personal trainers
• To track your fitness progress within the app
• To send important service updates
• To improve our platform

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (EU region) with row-level security policies that restrict each record to the user it belongs to, plus access required for the coaching service to function. We do not store health or medical information as part of your profile — discuss anything medical directly with a coach you have engaged, not via your matching profile.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. If you opt to be listed in the coach-matching directory, your needs profile (goals, experience level, training preferences, budget, location, availability, bio) becomes visible to coaches with a verified RPC coach account. You can hide your profile at any time from your dashboard. Coach profiles are visible to anyone who visits the site if the coach has chosen to be listed.

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: see what data we hold about you (Article 15), correct it (16), delete it (17), restrict our use of it (18), or send you a portable copy (20). Contact us via the contact page and we will respond within one calendar month.
