• Profile details you choose to provide (height, weight, fitness goals)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)

• To connect you with personal trainers
• To track your fitness progress within the app
• To send important service updates
• To improve our platform

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. Health and fitness data remains yours alone and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Sensitive data such as mood notes are encrypted client-side before storage.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is only shared with your assigned personal trainer as part of the coaching relationship, and only with your consent.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data using the CSV export features within the app.
