Writing this because new members keep asking, and I'd rather have one honest post to point them at than repeat myself in DMs.
I spent a decade as a PT. I was decent at it. I wrote good programmes, my clients got results, and I lost more of them than I should have to the same pattern — they'd hit their body composition goal, plateau, and quietly disappear. Sometimes they came back six months later heavier and flatter than when they started.
It took me longer than it should have to work out what I was missing. I was coaching one half of a person. The half that lifts the weight. The other half — the half that decides whether you get out of bed, whether you eat the thing, whether you keep showing up when the novelty wears off — I was treating that like it was the client's problem to sort out on their own time.
That's why RPC has Coaches and Champions. That's why the Forge measures Mind and Purpose alongside Body and Fuel. That's why every comparison in the app points backwards at your own past self, because comparing you to other members would just rebuild the leaderboard culture I left commercial gyms to get away from.
We are not the cheapest coaching service. We are not the flashiest. We are trying to do one specific thing properly: build people who are still here, still training, still proud of themselves in ten years.
If that's what you're after, you're in the right place. If you want to be told you're crushing it every Monday, there are plenty of apps for that. No hard feelings.
You bring the raw potential. We shape it. That's the deal.
