Professionally, my experience spans men and women, ages 5 to 94, from day-1 beginners and those with physical and mental disabilities to MMA world champions. Our 4-Step Process: Step 1 – assess: Assess your fitness against The FILO Standard and discuss your goals as well as any obstacles you’re facing. “You can’t hit a target you can’t see.” Step 2 – identify: Look over your results together and determine where we should invest our focus. “The journey of a thousand miles, begins with a single step.” Step 3 – Implementation: now that we can see our goals, we put the plan into action. “The purpose of knowledge is action, not knowledge.” Step 4 – re-evaluate: Our athletes undergo the FILO Standard assessments every 12 weeks, so we always know exactly where your strengths and weaknesses are, and exactly what we need to do to improve. “general ambition gives you anxiety, but specific ambition gives you direction.” Interested?
